The ideal candidate will ensure that a customer achieves a seamless experience when onboarding and receives all the help and support required to use our services.

      • Support with the implementation of a digital marketing strategy
      • Plan and Execute social media platforms regularly – Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, Quora, Pinterest and emails
      • Lead generation and setting up meetings using LinkedIn and similar platforms
      • Manage the build, testing, scheduling and deployment of all email marketing
      • Creating social media campaigns and webinars
      • Using marketing automation tools (preferably HubSpot or similar)
      • Collecting data from these platforms into a regular reporting
      • Involve in day to day operations
      • Report performance of digital marketing regularly
      • Use your knowledge of Google Analytics, Facebook Business Manager and Send Pulse to full advantage
      • Maintenance of E-commerce portfolio/ website content
