Intellectual property right
The copyright, trademarks and all other intellectual property rights in the material contained on this website or our app belong to us. This includes database rights, design rights, rights in know-how, rights in inventions (whether registered or unregistered), patents and all rights to apply for registration.
You are not allowed to copy or modify the app, any part of the app, or our trademarks in any way. You’re not allowed to attempt to extract the app’s source code, and you also shouldn’t try to translate the app into other languages or make derivative versions. Reddbox stores and processes personal data that you have provided to us, in order to provide our service. The data is stored on a secure server in an industry-leading cloud service provider. It’s your responsibility to keep your phone and access to the app safe. We, therefore, recommend that you do not jailbreak or root your phone, which is the process of removing software restrictions and limitations imposed by the official operating system of your device. It could make your phone vulnerable to malware/viruses/malicious programs, compromise your phone’s security features, and it could mean that the Reddbox app won’t work properly or at all.
We use analytics services to help improve the product, gather anonymous usage metrics and troubleshoot customer issues.
We may send you occasional product updates and marketing emails. You may unsubscribe from these emails at any time by following the instructions in the email.
If you permit push notification, we will let you know about reminders and when users you have chosen to connect with making changes to the topics you share.
It is essential to understand that we rely on multiple third parties to provide information to us to make it available to you. Some critical third-party services are address searching, Image processing, Enabling registration with social logins, Payment processing, sending notifications and more.
Use of active internet connection
Certain features and functions of the app will require an active internet connection. The connection can be Wi-Fi or provided by your mobile network provider. However, Reddbox does not take responsibility for the app not working at full functionality if you don’t have access to Wi-Fi or have no data allowance remaining.
If you’re using the app outside of an area with Wi-Fi, you should remember that the terms of the agreement with your mobile network provider will still apply. As a result, you may be charged by your mobile provider for the cost of data for the duration of the connection while accessing the app or other third party charges. In using the app, you’re accepting responsibility for any such charges, including roaming data charges if you use the app outside of your home territory (i.e. region or country) without turning off data roaming. If you are not the bill payer for the device where you’re using the app, please be aware that we assume that you have received permission from the bill payer for using the app.
Use of battery of your device
Along the same lines, Reddbox does not take responsibility for the way you use the app. You need to make sure that your device stays charged. If your device runs out of battery and you can’t turn it on to avail this app or any other services, Reddbox does not accept responsibility.
Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation or for any matter that we cannot exclude or limit as a matter of law.
